There are six modules, each includes videos, workbooks, meditations and spells. I recommend completing each module in approximately two-three weeks, though you get access to the course materials for four months; specifically from June 1st 2024 - October 1st 2024.

Module 1: Trusting your mission and trusting yourself

Discover the deeper purpose behind your work and how it benefits humanity. By embracing (and understanding) your purpose, you'll be empowered to foster commitment and consistency in your work, while also shifting your mindset to see challenges as opportunities for growth. This will simplify your journey as an entrepreneur.

Connect to the version of you who has success and abundance in their life's calling and work with a daily meditation. Other tools and journal prompts to connect you to the version of you who is already successful are recommended in this module.

Explore the art of making business decisions rooted in your core values and determine what your core values are! Witches receive a training video created by Cara, with accompanying values exercise that walks them through how exactly they can create offers that are inspired by their values. This practice will profoundly anchor you to your work.

Build resilience with receiving rejection, perceived dislike, and the vulnerability of putting your soul work on the line. Cara walks students through expanding their capacity to hold the projections, opinions and uncomfortable confrontations that are part of being an entrepreneur (be these with clients, family members or internet trolls).

Develop your client concept so you can partner with ideal clients in a way that creates sacred trust and powerful work. With our “Client Concept” exercise you will identify if you are thinking about the people you want to serve as unable to afford you, not interested in your work, incapable of understanding what you do or other such blocks that keep service providers from marketing in a way that actually creates results.
AT THE END OF THIS MODULE you’ll have the foundation for a business that is a reflection of your mission. If you have a business already, but haven’t gotten the results that you want, you’ll have a clear, actionable and empowered understanding of the gaps that have been keeping you from getting where you want to go, as well as how to fill them. You’ll feel confident and clear about your client concept, your first offer, and the energy you embody to sell as an act of service, not sleaze.
Module 2: Building Your Strategy From Your Why

Witches receive a Freedom Calculation Tool, which will help YOU build a business plan to create your ideal salary in the next 1-3 years. This will also give you a framework for replacing full or part time employment with your business earnings. The custom calculator helps you strategically understand how much you need to earn to leave your day job, double your revenue, pay off debt and so much more…so you can heal your money trauma with STRATEGY and not just magical thinking.

Create your offer suite in a way that feels achievable and good for your nervous system. You will stretch and confront discomfort, but you will also be aligned with your values. Participants receive a workshop and accompanying exercises that help you understand how to design offers that sell.

Generate your system for enrolling clients in a way that feels right for you. I provide 6 different strategies and then coach you through what feels authentic for you; each strategy is a means of Client Acquisition so you can stop asking questions like “But where do I find clients?”

Learn the mastery of enrollment calls so that they feel amazing for you and your clients (especially the part where you talk about the money). I also provide folx with a Bonus Meditation they can use before enrollment calls, so they feel regulated and safe in their body.
AT THE END OF THIS MODULE you will have a business plan, monthly budget and clear idea of how your offers can be structured to both create your income now…and your dream income a year from now. Your plan will be clear, actionable, strategic and rooted in how much you actually want to make, not some arbitrary exciting sounding fabricated figure. You’ll have an enrollment structure that feels exciting, so you are eager to get out there and connect with potential clients.
Module 3: Coaching Ethics and Efficacy
- Learn the basics of trauma-awareness and nervous system regulation for both your clients and yourself. Specifically, you will explore what Polyvagal Theory is, what dysregulation looks like in clients, ways to re-ground clients who are dysregulated, as well as how to know when to refer people out.

Discern between ethical sales and manipulation sales tactics and also learn what the non-negotiables are for ethical calls. Witches will receive an ethical sales sheet so you can make sure you are making every effort to give your prospective clients the best experience, while leaving nothing on the table…without being pushy.

In client-centered work, Radical Accountability is essential. While we can't promise perfect safe spaces due to our differences and imperfections, we can—and must—ensure accountability. Discover how to engage deeply with others in an imperfect world where mistakes happen, and have a process in place for addressing them. You'll appreciate learning this before any incidents occur, rather than after.

Cultivate the copywriting skills that you will need as a business owner. Far too often I see clients struggle because they are GREAT at providing their services, but simply do not have copywriting skills. Consider this module the class you wish you’d had in college or in your coaching certification that supports you in building the writing skills your business will need for years to come.
- Learn to distinguish between subtle manipulative sales techniques (“If you don’t buy this you must not really want to change.”) and honesty-driven and ethical selling (“I really stand by what I do and I know that I can help you”) so that you are excited to sell your services and not anxious that people are going to think you are trying to manipulate them.

Cara Kovacs
is an intersectional feminist, trauma-informed empowerment coach.
