The problem with most business coaching programs (besides the profound lack of diversity and overemphasis on mindset work that isn’t rooted in actual tangible results…) is that they teach the method that worked for the person running it. I’ve worked with enough people now to understand that the way I do it may or may not work for you.
Your business is run by YOU because you’re the steward of the magic, energy and power of the work. You may not know how to authentically sell or scale your offers…yet, but however you do it is going to work best when it’s rooted in your values, it feels good when you offer it, and it gets results because you get the WHY behind it.
I’ve been a coach for five years. I’ve done countless certifications and continuing education programs, I’ve had multiple one-on-one coaches, and I have coached hundreds (if not thousands) of people. I’ve doubled my income every year I’ve been in business, and my practice is rooted in my connection to the divine, diverse business frameworks and my social work/women’s studies education. I combine the magical with the practical, with an extra emphasis on the ethical. What I am teaching in the Radical Leaders Collective is the culmination of that work, customized to you.
Because I specialize in working with radical rockstar clients who don’t see themselves represented in mainstream culture (which, same, friend) I’ve learned that trying to scale using coaching methods that were invented by mainstream culture leads towards incongruencies in how we feel about what we do…this negatively impacts our ability to do it as effectively and ethically as possible.
That’s where my customized approach will change the game. It incorporates all the best tried-and-true practices with custom frameworks rooted in intersectional theory and self-sovereignty. It means that we connect you to your inherent power and self-knowing while making your magic scalable and profitable.

That’s where I come in...
I’m a Business and Life Coach for witchy radical weirdos and entrepreneurs. I have supported teams and individuals to scale for five years. You will probably not leave this four month program making $5-figure months if you are new to business (though it is possible…it is not the outcome you should join this program expecting to create)- but you will leave it knowing how to sell and scale your offers confidently. You will leave it with a game plan that actually resonates for you- you will leave it having overcome imposter syndrome, burnout, and trying to implement various strategies without results.
We will custom build you a sales and enrollment process that feels authentic. You’ll create your definition of success…and then we’ll create that success together. You’ll also receive invaluable support to become a better coach and practitioner. (The best way to sell coaching is to be great at coaching.) You’ll learn the nuance and art of coaching powerfully. You’ll have your sessions audited and your skills expanded. By the time you leave this program you will be a better quality practitioner and you’ll have a business strategy you can trust.
Here’s the agenda for our four-month long power party:
Month 1: Value Alignment + Mission-Driven Strategy
This month we will build your business model. You’ll have one 75-minute 1:1 session with Cara, a group call, and a workshop. (All group calls are on Tuesdays between 2 and 4pm PST. They are recorded, but attending them live is required with the exception of emergencies.) We will build a custom business strategy, sales model, and year-ahead plan that will give you self-defined benchmarks for success, as well as action items that push you to show up and serve…without compromising your mission to do so.
Month 2: Coaching Clinicals
This month we are going to up-level your skills as a practitioner. You will be exchanging sessions with someone in the program-twice. One will be a mock enrollment call, the other will be a regular session. Both recordings of your sessions will be audited by me, and you will be provided with long form feedback on how to become a better coach. You’ll also have one 1:1 session, a group coaching session, and a workshop where I will teach you all of my best coaching techniques. The true test of your long-term success will be how good you are at your job. Becoming a better coach is the best business-building skill you could possibly learn. Unlike most business coaching programs, we are going to deep dive into your technique. The more confident you feel about your efficacy the easier it will be for you to sell.
Month 3: Ethical Sales // Coaching + Money
This is an industry where you can make as much money as you want. There is no value judgment on how much money you want to make here—the sky's the limit! Donate to mutual aid! Buy a house! Build generational wealth! Do you, boo! But, did you know 75% of coaches make less than $62,000? Most business coaching programs advertise their strategy as “the way” to 5-figure months. Lots of my clients make 5-figure months. So do I. It is more than possible–it can be inevitable. However, the way we teach and talk about money and coaching is not effective in creating that for most people. This month we are going to work on your money trauma. We are going to build a game plan for your ideal income. We are going to make the possible inevitable. You’ll have 1 session with Cara, one group coaching call, and one money workshop. You’ll also perfect your offer suite so what you’re selling creates your financial goals…instead of arbitrarily pushing out offers and hoping that people enroll.
Month 4: In-Person Retreat!
This month we will gather together in Los Angeles for a 3-day immersive retreat to truly expand your skills as a practitioner. The last time my business coaching program met for this in person people told us it was “the greatest thing they had ever been a part of”. I feel that way too! There is nothing quite like getting to meet you in person. You’ll have 2 1:1 sessions this month to highlight your unique business goals, one group coaching session to prepare for our time together, a weekend full of coaching intensives, witchy ceremonial magic and enjoying the beauty of L.A.! There will be one virtual closing ceremony on Zoom to round out our time together, and an additional 2-weeks of Slack support for questions, reflections and integration.

Of $2000.
The retreat is not included and costs an additional $2000 to attend.
